  • Julie is an RYT® 200 (Registered Yoga Teacher, 200hr) with the Yoga Alliance and an RPYT® (Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher) with the Yoga Alliance

  • Julie is certified in Prenatal, Postnatal, Baby & Toddler Yoga through ChildLight Education Company and Awakened Spirit Yoga.

  • Julie offers both private and group Prenatal, Postnatal, Baby & Me, and Family/Toddler Yoga Classes (Virtual & In-Person)

Baby & Me Yoga

  • Beneficial postures for baby, infant massage, connection & bonding with baby, breastfeeding & bottle-feeding counter poses & positioning, guided relaxation with baby, songs, nursery rhymes, and gentle postpartum movements.

Family & Toddler Yoga Classes

  • Beneficial postures for toddlers & adults, family bonding, yoga play, singing, dancing, breathwork, and bubbles.
